When we arrived, Natasha greeted us with her infectious smile. She helped us with our reservation, then brought us to our room! Who does this. She wanted to make sure we were happy. After we left, some hours later apparently after housekeeping, my driver's license was found. I did not even know it was. Natasha called me, we came up with a plan to Fed Ex it to me at my vacation destination. I asked her how much money so I can send it to her. Her response was NOOOO, she is paying for it, or the hotel. WHAT! It was my mistake and they are paying for it?!? Again did I mention family. Well on my way home we were planning on staying again. This time with gifts for our new found family.
