Brand new hotel opened in 2021 – only three miles from RSW airport. The nicely appointed lobby is decorated in grey and lime tones leading to the lounge area, marketplace, business center as well breakfast area offering a complimentary hot buffet breakfast. Large outdoor pool area with heated pool, modern fitness center, laundry facilities and free WiFi throughout the hotel, are among the amenities of this new hotel. The 101 rooms designed in the same tones as the lobby are spacious and offer work desk, large screen TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker and safe. Suites offer sleeper sofa. The oversized bathrooms offer shower tub combination or a large shower, vanity area with ample space, bath amenities and hairdryer. For meetings, the inviting meeting space in blue tones offers the perfect solution. The friendly staff and very easy access to the airport and I 75 makes this new property a great choice for leisure and business traveler alike.

Brand new hotel opened in February 2021 is located 3 miles from RSW Fort Myers Southwest Florida International Airport. The 101 room hotel has standard rooms with King or two Queen Beds and Suites with King Beds and pull out sofas. Heated outdoor pool, parking, spacious Fitness Center, Wi-Fi and hot breakfast buffet are complimentary. Centrally located near JetBlue Park at Fenway South training facility in Lee County, Florida where the Boston Red Sox play their spring training games. The Minnesota Twins spring training home, The Hammond Stadium at the Century Link Sports Complex is 7 miles away. The Hertz Arena is nearby where you can see the Florida Everblades minor league hockey team, Florida Gulf Coast University for basketball and graduations is only 5 miles from the hotel. Restaurants and shopping is at Gulf Cost Town Center which is just 2 minutes from the hotel and Headpinz Entertainment Center is just down the street.
