Was expecting to stay at Four points, but was surprised to find the hotel was actually a holiday Inn. I was however pleased with the customer service.

First off, the hotel is no longer a Four Points Sheraton so the confusion set in as soon as I looked up directions, only to learn that it showed the property was permanently closed. The hotel is now a Holiday Inn Express. As far as the property goes, it is a nice place. Well kept property, rooms, beds and showers/bathrooms were all nice. I confirmed my room twice with this booking company and twice with the front desk of the hotel, the day of check in. After driving five hours to the hotel, I walk inside expecting an easy check in, eager to get to my room and get to bed. The front desk couldn't find my reservation. The worker didn't know how to use the computer and couldn't seem to figure out who to call to find a solution. I arrived at the hotel at 1130pm. At midnight, I reached out to the this booking company, hoping for a quick solution. They told me to call them back in a half hour. I didn't get checked in to a room until after 1am. The hotel was going to offer a discount for the inconvenience but since I had to book it through this 3rd party company, that wasn't able to happen. The Hotel never cleaned my room or restocked anything during my stay. Every staff member working, seemed to be clueless, with no knowledge of the property. Bottom line, this stay was a huge inconvenience and a massive disappointment.

"Not what we were thinking it was going to be!"

We were told that there was a continental breakfast, we got brown paper bags with muffins a juice box and a yogurt. Also said there was a pool it was broken and they were in no rush to fix it. Also someone that worked there was right outside the entrance smoking weed.

This was mot a good hotel. No Refrigerator No Microwave No soap or shampoo in containers in showers. Toilet flushes slow had to flush two or three times.

Rooms are old, the bed was awful. Mattress old and you can feel the springs as well as creeks with every move you make. Old heater that's loud. You can hear the flushing of the toilet from the next room and our toilet ran.
