Property Description
We are not the Ritz of hotels, we are the saltine's, We are not a fancy motel, we have clean comfortable and affordable rooms. Each room comes with a mini refrigerator, microwave, AC & Heating, shower/tub, closet, mattress are 8" Zinus memory foam mattress. Each rooms has a flat screen TV and digital cable, we have a lot of sports channels and all the regular channels plus channels like Science, AHC, History, etc., and we have a few Spanish channel, but we do not have HBO, etc.. We have daily, weekly and will even come up with a monthly rate with certain restrictions on a monthly rate. We have no meeting/banquet room(s). We are located in George West, Texas at 100 San Antonio St. we are at the intersection of US 59 and San Antonio St.. We also have a fish cleaning station that guest can use.

Parking Info
Parking is free, we also have Semi Tractor-Trailer parking next to motel. Our parking lot in front of rooms are limited to one room one parking spot, if guest has more then one vehicle, the additional vehicle(s) can park out in our Truck parking area and is also free.

Cleaning Policies
We clean rooms Monday thru Saturday, housekeeping starts at 8:00 AM, no housekeeping on Sunday's or on certain Holiday's. Housekeeping will not clean rooms that guest are still inside and refuse to step out of the room till housekeeping is done cleaning the room. Guest can opt out of housekeeping for two days and on the third day we will inspect the room and clean if needed. Housekeeping will not make any bed(s) that has any personal items laying on bed(s) and will not make bed(s) if personal items are around the bed(s) were we cannot safety get around. We try our best not to move any personal items left on night stand or table. We do not offer 24 hour housekeeping, if guest refuses housekeeping when they come around, guest cannot ask for their room(s) to be cleaning after housekeeping has left for the day. We have always disinfected rooms even before the Covid 19 virus. We changes sheets after guest checks out, if staying by the week, we will change sheets after each week is paid for.
