Mattresses definitely need to be replaced! This is the 2nd time in two months we have stayed here due to proximity to ill family member and both times both of the queen mattresses ( four total) were badly sagging. Lighting is very low difficult to read, work. Desk chair also old, wobbly and uncomfortable. Never got to partake in the “ free breakfast” as they do not have servers and hotel guests are inconsiderate and pile their plates leaving nothing for others versus only one waffle etc at a time. “Ran out of batter” is a bad excuse for lack of planning based on occupancy. Lastly Staff seems to be more interested in entertaining themselves with loud music than providing a relaxing environment for a peaceful getaway for guests to rest as well as cautioning guests to control their loud unruly children.
