When I got there their was one younger girl at the desk and she was processing guest with very little assistance. When I got to her she had my paper work already pulled and asked to see my driver's license. She saw that I had a dog and immediately said is he a service dog. I said I have a medical card for him, he is a emotional support dog. I specifically picked this hotel because I was pet friendly. She immediately said she would put him down as a service dog but I had to bring him with me when I left. I was there for the two day ReAwakening Tour and that was not possible for me to take my dog with, so I explained to her and she immediately got an attitude with me and questioned my tour and then looked at my DL and said since I am local 50 miles away she could not provide me a room. I explained to her it was two days and said it was day of I needed a room to sleep in two nights, where would I stay. I paid $350 she immediately cut me off and said she didn't charge me anything and there are hotels all along the strip. It was the hotels policy no locals. I booked through booking.com so I was unaware of any policy as everything was done through them. I asked to speak to a manager to which she said a manager was not there and she was there until 11pm. I persisted that I needed to speak to a manager and she said she texted her. I waited five minutes and she claimed the manager had not texted her back yet! DO NOT STAY HERE it looked run down and the customer service was poor! I went down the street to a Holiday Inn and suite they gave me a $150 credit and honored the price of Baymont after hearing how I was treated. I'm still waiting to see if I will be charged for cancellation from Booking.com as the girl at Baymont could only cancel on her end and not third party. Ive never had such a poor experience with a Wyndham hotel.

Pool wasn't functioning, hotel had stale smell, didn't smell fresh and inviting, staff was pleasant and informative, overall stay was not as I expected.

The hotel has been upgraded but it is still an older hotel. I was disappointed that if I had made reservations through the desk, it would have been much cheaper. The front desk staff, especially Delilah, was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain the local map and process of making show reservations quite easy. She is an asset to the hotel.

We we booked for three nights. The facility was recently remodeled and everything looked great. It was comfortable, clean, close to where we needed to be and easy to access. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Furious. I tried to cancel because of covid 2019 two days before arrival and was told to live life as normal by front desk. This after President Trump and Doctors recommended to stay apart. I've contested charge with credit card and hopefully Baymont wont see a penny from me. I did not stay there!

We experienced zero maid service for multiple days, due to a number of excuses, which caused us to check out two days earlier and pay for another hotel (double expenses). I would definitely NOT recommend staying at this property if you require maid service.

Not one smile, not one Welcome, not once did the two ladies working the counter even pretend to like their jobs. They complained about their boss, took phone calls (on cell phone and business line) while we waited. They checked a family in to a dirty room. When the guest simply wanted a different room, they put him aside. They called Cindy (who I am assuming is their boss) about an overbooking issue IN FRONT of several guests. When Cindy didn't tell them what it was they expected to hear they started bashing her in front of a lobby of guests. To top it off one of the ladies ran screaming from the lobby 'freedom' at the end of her shift. I am a hotel manager and I will tell you if I ever saw or heard of my staff acting the way this staff did, I would be embarrassed and at the very least would put them through customer service training. The room was clean but the hotel could use some updating. The hot tub is too small but having the indoor pool was nice in the heat. The housekeeping staff we interacted with was amazing, friendly and though it was a busy holiday weekend every one of them smiled as we walked by and said hello.

My stay at this motel was everything I could have expected. Personnel was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and all service excellent. I would recommend this motel to anyone.
