The reception desk was welcoming and answered a lot of my questions. We stayed here because my husband had surgery at the Surgical Center. I was very very satisfied to be able to walk down a hall and be there, no walking or driving outside. Nice breakfast. Nice clean and comfortable room. This isn't the Ritz Carlton and they don't pretend to be, but it was a wonderful solution when you have a family member in surgery at the Surgical Center. or in the Avera your hospital!

Made wrong turn and almost missed it. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was nice, the hotel clean and comfortable. The "electric" recliner was positioned so it could not be plugged in, but it worked okay manually. I would definitely stay again.
