Could not stay and I want my money return because the hotel had roaches crawling up the lobby walls and they also had bugs that I even showed Raul desk manager. And the room was totally unsanitary. I need to be reimbursed for for the prepaid money that I paid. No one should lose their money when a hotel has made it impossible for you to stay. Not receiving a refund is totally stealing from me. Roaches on the wall, I personally took a picture of Bed bugs I picked up with a tissue and took it to the manager Raul. Someone clothes were left in one of the ladies room. The sheets were not cleaned. All of this was reported to the desk to Raul the desk manager and he refused to give our money back. Some was pre paid in advance and some was paid today. He refused to reimburse us. Can't do bugs.

The employees are helpful. The parking is atrocious. The toilet and a dresser in the room were broken.
