Lights wouldn't turn on, water pressure horrible in shower,dirty,definitely a electric problem on the room. Called management and they failed to even return my call.

If all you care about is that they accept pets, then this is the place for you. Dirty carpet, lamp shades torn, sheets don't stay on the bed, furniture and walls were chipped. I will not sray here again.

This Ramada should have been better. Floors were dirty. You could feel it on your bare feet as you brushed them off to get in bed. Nightstand drawer was missing, no clock/radio for alarm, phone had no paper on it for instructions. The toilet was filthy all around the outside. Closet handle all bent sticking out. Top it off with a huge power outage ( which they could not control) but also no compensation for an entire evening in a HOT, dark room! Then, the no breakfast thing which you are paying for! A brown bag with water, banana, snack bar and dry danish! Other chains are doing so much better. Carpets in halls need cleaning but compared to stairwell we're good. Had to use stair since no power for elevator! On the plus side, the bed was comfortable! I could go on but sure you get the picture. Expected better from Wyndham!

The Ramada Northwest Hotel is conveniently located at the junction of California Hwy 99 and Shaw Avenue. Our location places us close to all that there is to see and do in the Fresno Area including the Forestiere Underground Garden, Fresno Chaffee Zoo, Island Water Park, Kearney Park, Pioneer Village, Woodward Park and Airways Golf Course. The SaveMart Center, just a short drive away, The Ramada Fresno Hotel is in the heart of Californias Central Valley Wine Country. Visit many nearby wineries including Nonini Winery, E. J. Gallo, Englemann Cellars, Cribari Vineyards, Golden State Vintners, Vino 100, Milla Vineyards and Black Crowe Vineyards. Fresno is home to the California State University of Fresno - GO BULLDOGS.
