Online site needs to be clearer(we thought we were reserving at hotel only to be told it was a reservation company. room was adequate..masks among staff was not universal..oops.

We found the room to be clean, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator worked (very important to us to keep medication cold) and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave a lower rating was because the pool area was closed due to repairs being made to the hot tub. We weren't originally planning to stay over night, just needed the room to prepare for a meeting in the area, but we had our suits with us in case we decided to stay. It was disappointing to not know in advance that the hot tub was down.

You aren't paying for luxury here. Our room was just OK. The toilet took forever for the tank to fill, which we informed the front desk about on checkout. The breakfast was pretty good. We had plenty to eat. Front desk person was friendly. This particular weekend had a hockey tournament going on in town and there were a lot of kids. Very noisy. But it was quiet by midnight. Wanted to use the pool but it was pretty small. More for kids to splash around in. For what we paid, I think it was overpriced for a one night stay.

The service was terrible. Toilet did not flush, iron did not work, plug in tub did not work and night staff terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I reserved several rooms for the weekend of March 8th, a wedding, and when I arrived some of the rooms were already taken. Firday night, March 7th, my nephew and niece, ages 12 and 6, were offered moon shine by a group of grown ups that were staying at the hotel. All of this is unacceptable.
