We tried to check in. Desk person said that the credit card hadn't gone through, we went through a third party. We were tired and had to go to another motel. Went to Red Roof inn. We have receipt for this stay. Second night we ended up at the Four seasons, which is under Sheraton. We never stayed at this motel. The customer service was terrible. My wife took a picture of the lady name tag. She was going to call the police because of the picture and told us we were trespassing and to leave the property. We never checked in. Please credit this account. I review the motel and construction was going on, customer service person told us the water was going to be turned off the next day. Need to credit out third party.
