The staff was super nice and wore a mask and gloves. The bathroom and sheets were clean as well as the bedside table. But we got a suite, so we had a small living room with desk, TV and kitchenette, everything there was either dirty or sticky. I wiped down the remote and the Lysol wipe was black. There was some sort of red drink spilled down the front of the drawer under the tv. I wiped down every single surface after that. The remote was the dirtiest thing. The water in the shower got SO HOT I thought I burned my fingers. But water pressure was good. Shampoo felt watered down. Too thin, didn't lather, smelled like nothing. Lobby was nice. Also, didn't seem like the best area of town.

Your hotel is nice. I liked the bags they made up for breakfast. The staff was friendly. It was a bit difficult to walk our dog at your location.

"This hotel needs some changes."

We stayed at your location on our way home. When we pulled into the parking lot and parked our vehicle there was a car pulling out and there was garbage all over under the car. The parking lot has a gate around it but still didn't seem safe. When we came in there were people in the halls and there was quite a bit of noise. My husband thought the hotel smelled like marijuana. Our room was okay but it needed some updates. The bed was clean and comfortable. In the morning I stopped at the desk to see if there was anything available for breakfast.

"Faux Clean"

The room we stayed in appeared clean. There was clean towels and the bed made up, but when we pulled the covers back and the sheets there was urine and other spots on one side of the mattress pad so I flipped it over and spayed Lysol on it. There was also some kind of yellow stuff smeared on the air conditioning. The coffee maker didn't work the shower and toilet was not fully clean. I had wipe down and spay the area before using it. It is important to let those who do the cleaning to think about how they would feel if someone from their family was staying there. We were there for a funeral and the room we stayed in made the experience worse. There was no comfort in this Inn.

Luke warm water the first day to shower, could not change hotels was attending a funeral. You're hotels were usually better kept than this. I picked your hotel for my entire family. It won't happen again.

It is understandable that this hotel has been taken over from Drury Inns and construction materials and dumpsters are full of debris. Upon entering the side door the trash receptacle and top were covered with cigarette butts from days of neglect. The bathroom tub drain worked at first, but quickly stopped and took about two hours to drain. One of the end tables by the bed was covered with a sticky substance that we could not remove with a wet paper towel. I noted these two issues with the front desk that made a paper note of same. The elevator was not operational and there was no sign posted to this effect, however a bent up elevator entrance door was leaning against the wall in the hallway. After I had made this reservation and given my credit card number it was disclosed that it was no longer the Drury Inn! We have stayed at the Drury Inn in Nashville and our expectations were certainly not met!
