Booked two rooms for two nites, had to cancel one night, forced to rebook different rooms which were more expensive. Just now got original funds back because we paid for cancellation insurance. Arriving at 4pm, only one room was ready so we could not check in until after dinner. Our suite, which was a long walk for older people, was located next to the freeway so a troubled sleep at best. All in all, a very poor experience, not expected considering we have used other facilities in your chain.
