Our room had cat hair n several places throughout the room. There was also cat food in numerous places around the room. The fruit at breakfast was rotten and growing mold. When I asked for a food tray to take food back to my room I was really led there is a tray in my room. I was given one after insisting, however the female breakfast worker was not pleased to allow me to have a tray. Just need to work on customer service and cleaning.
