I know that it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to keep a hotel so exceptionally clean but that could be overwhelmed by a less than welcoming staff. At this Holiday Inn in Wells, Main, welcoming is this staff's badge of honor. Every staff member that we encountered made us feel like we were the only guests here. Our visit to the area was to say goodbye to a relative who isn't doing well physically. That's always a mental burden but the staff here ( that doesn't know about our visit) kept us feeling positive and even comfortable. Thank you Wells Holiday Inn staff.

My grandchild and I return every year to this wonderful hotel. Great staff, wonderful service,delicious breakfast buffet, indoor pool are some the reasons this is a yearly event. Kayla at front desk is exceptional.

We were last minute needing a hotel at 9:30pm. The front desk person was outstanding! He was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. Would stay here again.
