A young man by the name of joe joe went out of his way to bring some fresh hot coffee to me and a friend. A really nice friendly young man, who wanted to please us. It was after five and he did not have to do it but gave us personal service so thank u joe joe.

We took our grandchildren to Blue Ridge, GA Labor Day weekend. The Hampton Inn, Blue Ridge was perfect! The train was outside our window and the grandkids loved watching the train.

Location, amenities and service were excellent. The bathroom lighting was poor for applying makeup. They need to add lighted makeup mirrors in the bathroom.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when visiting blue ridge but my experience wasn't that great this time. I booked adjoining rooms for myself and a coworker being that we had a project to work on that would take awhile and would be much more convenient if we were close to each other. I made the reservations by phone thinking that I was talking directly to the hotel. I asked if I was talking to in house booking and the lady replied yes this is the reservation desk. I recieved confirmation that clearly stated two adjoining rooms. When we arrived we were told that they had five sets of adjoining rooms but we could have any of them because rooms were already filled not both adjoining g rooms but that the rooms were booked as singles. We were put on different floors. When I questioned it she said that I had gone thru a 3rd party and they were responsible for the error but the lady at the desk said the third party was responsible. If you look and the website it's very deceiving and doesn't say anywhere thst they are a third party. It clearly says Hampton inn in Blue ridge Ga. I never complain and understand that mistakes happen but if your going to allow third party booking then they should have their information correct.
