Every request was met with a smile! Our party had five rooms and there were no complaints! All requests were filled, loved the night ligh in bathroom, plenty of towels and wash cloths, beds were comfortable!

Room is quite large, which is nice, but lighting could be much better. Floor lamp next to TV would be better behind the chair for reading. The website says that the hotel is near I 35 exit 229. That is wrong and should be corrected. Better signage is needed. I would recommend this hotel only as a last resort. After paying over $800 for the three days, I expected a lot more.

Staff was friendly upon arrival but overall stay was not good! Hair on the bathroom floor and bathroom sink did not drain. Then when we turned bed back after returning late from a wedding. There was HAIR in the bed ( EWW??) It was 1am so we improvised and went in to bed. I did leave note by the bed for the cleaning staff to see. Sorry but, I feel like for a $200 plus a night room we should have had clean sheets! Would NOT stay here again or recommend to anyone either.
