"Cabin Like Environment In The Middle Of Civilization"

Timber's Lodge is a centrally located, rustic-style hotel. You are absolutely in the middle of everything Pigeon Forge has to offer here, and feel as though you are in a rustic cabin during your stay. Depending on the room type you get, you can even get a kitchen and a loft/extra bedroom. The rate for this hotel is also a great deal. You do get a small breakfast included at this location, but for hungry travelers and sports teams, you may wish to add to the offerings in order to be satisfied. After your breakfast, if you have no plans, you can step out onto one of their 'porches' and enjoy the rocking chair while watching the activities of Parkway, or head out to a number of attractions or shopping venues. PROS: Great rate, rustic feel, good location CONS: Breakfast is a bit small

Looks awesome outside. Totally different inside found someone's hair that was not mine on the kitchen sink and on the nightstand. A/C fan looks like it's about to fall off of the wall. Will not stay again and will not recommend. This is one that you kind of get concerned about bedbugs.

"No Sleep"

We were given what had to be the worst room in the place. Do not accept room 202. Your headboard is 12 feet from a highway and you hear cars all night long. To top it off at 8:30 the next morning we were woke up by the sound of construction overhead. Upon approaching the construction workers we learned they were going to be there all day. So much for a nap to catch up from the lack of sleep the night before. You could hear drills, belt sanders and other equipment and the construction workers were rude. Upon talking to management we were told pretty much nothing they could do. Not accepting that, they found a room for us, miraculously. The sheets were so uncomfortable they made us itch all night long. Probably the poorest grade you can buy. There is no continental breakfast so don't be fooled into believing there is with the Covid going on. They will give you a sack with a muffin, cereal and a yogurt. Maintenance was not their top priority and disturbing guests was ok. We barely gave it two stars and definitely won't be going back.

Ww stayed in room 105. this room had peeling sheetrock texture a shoty ceiling repair. Dirty wall, furniture aweful, Mattresses horrible. Noisy. we let after check in due to horrible conditions.

Be aware this location will scam you out of your money. If you go to there website, call and book. Its through a booking agency and then you get to the hotel they will say you didn't book with them. So they will charge extra. .y hotel was supposed to have been 55$ a night it was 92$ a night. Same thing happened to my mom they double booked her and were going to chatge her for two rooms. After I called her she canceled or she would have never known. Stay away!

Terrible staff on my night of check in. The lady was very rude and the couple that I invited to come with us was very rude to them also. I hope my refund comes in soon from that charge, but it should have never happened. We'll see. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

The location was great. However, the room was terribly old and outdated. The ceiling above the shower had terrible water damage, the paint was peeling off the walls, mildew around the outside if the tub, the tub looked dirty and not enough electrical sockets to plug things in. The beds were comfortable and the fridge was nice and cold. The rooms are really outdated, even if you consider they want it to have a cabin lodge feeling. Will not stay there again.
