The room is small and basic for a four star. My bed the second day was just pulled over and tucked in not made properly the carpet wasn't vacuumed or surfaces cleaned. The kettle was nice to make a hotdrink. Breakfast for pre paid £16.00 for the quality provided isn't good. Food quality overall was very disappointing dinner at night we left no question as to why by the server just not interested.

Reflecting its neighbourhood history, the hotel bedrooms take inspiration from Victorian textile warehouses featuring spa-like bathrooms, signature King Koil mattresses, working desks, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, HD TV with Chromecast feature and 24-hour room service. The hotel boasts an all-day dining restaurant, a 24-hour gym, co-working space on the ground floor and a fantastic location close to London's iconic landmarks such as Tower Bridge, The Gherkin, Borough Market, Old Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane and Whitechapel Gallery.The hotel is adjacent to Aldgate East underground station, served by District and Hammersmith & City offering easy access to conference and event venues such as The Brewery, ExCel London, London Stadium and the O2 Arena. Liverpool Street station is only 10 minutes' walk from the hotel and has great connection to London Stanstead Airport (one hour).
