Hotel Vance is a brand-new hotel with immaculate guest rooms, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, flexible second floor meeting + event spaces and our new "Mezz" space featuring lounge furniture + co-working tables. We are Portland's only hotel that features a full-service Starbucks with mobile order in our lobby. Other features include a 24-hour fitness center, valet laundry and an underground + secure parking garage. All meeting rooms are fully equipped with a built-in LCD projector, screen, polycom, mini-fridge, food & beverage credenza, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connection. If you are looking for a venue in a trendy and safe area, Hotel Vance is happy to be your host during your groups visit to Portland.
