I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and upscale my room was. Using dispensers for shampoo and conditioner as well as body soap and lotion was great. Will definitely stay in a Holiday Inn Express again.

Property Description
BRAND NEW Holiday Inn Express & Suites by IHG, opened September 2021. All rooms include complimentary fresh hot buffet breakfast, 55" Smart TV, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave & Fridge. Our hotel has two meeting rooms, totaling 1,500 sq. ft. Our largest conference room seats up to a maximum of 65 guests, while our smaller "boardroom" seats up to 16 guests. We are located just off of Interstate 4 and SR-46 W, just minutes from Historic Downtown Sanford! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and even more wonderful and local cuisine just minutes away!
Green Sustainability
Our guests staying 2 or more nights have the ability at check in to request IHG Greener Stay, a program that gives our IHG Rewards Club members an additional 500 Rewards Club points for choosing to forgo housekeeping service during their stay.
