We were very pleased with the customer service and spacious hotel room and cleanliness. I had surgery scheduled for the day after we stayed. My only disappointment was not getting the discount for my day since I had surgery at Ruby. I was told even though I went to their website and called the number for reservation line I was talking to a third party and I could only get the discount for my stay talking to the hotel directly. The number on your website should be the direct reservation number.

The hotel is very convenient to Ruby Memorial Medical Center. Easily walkable unless it's super cold outside. The rooms are spacious, clean with anything you need. Bed comfy and warm. Very friendly and helpful people. Best for me was its pet friendly. Highly recommend!
