The service and amenities need improvement. There is no concierge, no IT person (my computer was hacked), no newspapers (just a local rag) no room service, no change at the front desk, no drinks in the room fridge and maid service only every other day. Basics all available in competitor hotels.

Absolutely superb food and service throughout plus great customer service. We have enjoyed the property, which is lovely, and the great location close to Rosemary Square. Our compliments to the chef here as the food is better than in any dining establishment that we have experienced…and we eat out in upscale restaurants a lot! Even with the colder weather, our stay here made it quite pleasant.

"Expensive and a parking disaster."

To charge a person over $30.00 per day and not have the staffing and the organization to come and go was unreal. There was not a designated area to unload your luggage if you were checking in. We felt rushed and were made to feel like we were “in the way” of the people trying to retrieve their vehicles. No complimentary coffee in the lobby but yet room service every other day. There were four people to a room but three towels and again room service every other day. Leave enough towels for four people for two days. Not rocket science here! I probably won't return to this property.
