We were greeted by Elsie at the desk and she couldn't have been nicer. She recommended some restaurants in the area and told us about the hotel, they had been totally refurbished. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the rest of the evening, including dinner at Soho, an Italian restaurant located in a nearby farmer's market. Breakfast the next morning was good and typical of hotel cafeteria style breakfasts. Morning guest staff was helpful and friendly.

Reservation made through Reservation Counter. Got to hotel and they did not have our reservation. Manager suggested we call reservation counter and have them call hotel. After several phone calls to reservation counter, we attempted to check in again at 3:30 and still no reservation. Tried to call Reservation Counter for 45 minutes but could not get anyone. Hotel personnel.

Out of 14 rooms lost family members lost friend cuz of the situation of the hotel under construction lost money prepaid for one room 709 had to be moved over to the next building before getting a final room they was given three different rooms I'm still out of $201.

I was in charge with 13 rooms and I got complaints from everybody I felt like a fool I lost friends I lost money I paid for a room 709 they moved them over to the next building with the room 709 was already prepaid for and they still charge me $201 for room 413 another building and they went from 801 to 802 before 413 all under same management.

I have 14 rooms and I got complaints from all the people some don't want to pay me all my money I prepaid up front someone deduct money from me and that's not right.
