What a wonderful place to stay. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with kindness and offerings of assistance any time. The gentleman at the front desk gave us wonderful suggestions for dinner that was absolutely incredible. The cleanliness was impeccable, the rooms are so beautiful as well as spacious with all the amenities you would want, just elevated a bit. We Loved the large step in shower, refillable, quality shower products, less waste, a little more greener for the environment. We had a king bed, lots of pillows, very comfy. The pillow cases had sewn on them soft and firm for the pillows as well, nice touch. Pool and gym very nice. The breakfast, wow! Omelets, bacon, pancake station, great coffee. The only thing I would encourage for an improvement would be a few directional signs off Jade road as to where the hotel is, Mapquest took us through the abandoned mall, a little unsettling for a brief moment. Second it appears that the front desk staffs attire has no continuity and nothing that denotes instant recognition of them being part of the staff. I would have expected minimally a shirt that states Holiday Inn. I will absolutely stay here again, thank you for s wonderful stay. Lori and Mark.

Great place. Great people. We mistakenly left a very important dress shirt in our room when we checked out. We live one hour 45 minutes away. They called me and let me know that we left it behind. Great customer service.
