I don't remember the name of the lady who was working the front desk. We arrived July 5th around 11am. She was kind and accommodating. We also had an air conditioner issue and another front desk employee was also accommodating. Great customer service is a reason for me to recommend or re visit.

The outside seemed nice. Inside the person who checked us in was not friendly. He said he upgraded us to a suite. If this was an upgrade I am afraid of what the other rooms looked like. The furniture was not clean. Not had spots all over and even what looked like gum on the one chair. The tub was extremely tiny and very slippery. Two of us almost fell getting in to take our showers. The carpet was stained and torn going into the bathroom. The tub also had some black, maybe mold. The dove body wash did not work or was empty. We were able to get a cleaning person to replace it. She didn't speak much English but was very friendly and helpful. I guess for almost $200 we expect something better.
