When arriving for my night stay I received a note on the door saying that water would be shut off from 10am to 3pm the following day. I specifically needed this room for showers late morning. No one informed me upon reservation or check in about the water shut off. Horrible experience.

We stayed overnight with our two pups and it was really great. Much better than most pet friendly hotels. We even had carpet in our room! The rooms were really quiet so our dogs could relax and sleep. They accommodated a ground level so it was easy to get them out for walks and there was plenty of space to walk them. The breakfast was really well done and high quality. Nice bed! We would certainly stay there again.

We were staying due to the flood in Asheville. The staff could not have been more nice and accommodating. From Sarah at the front desk to the fellow who ran the breakfast bar/buffet! Wonderful experience.

The breakfast was pretty good and staff was very friendly. The guy running the breakfast deserves a raise, he was the most genuine and nicest guy to every single person that he passed. Take care of him before he gets scooped up by someone passing through who offers him a job, he's a great asset to the location. Room was clean.
