I have stayed in many Best Westerns and always found the staff amazing and caring. It has made me chose Best Western again and again. However if this were my first experience with Best Western perhaps I would have chosen another Hotel.

"Rough Start"

When we arrived at the hotel, there wasn't anyone at the reception desk. We couldn't find any staff. I found a phone and called operator. It rang and rang, no answer. There were two other groups wanting to check in after us. Finally, a woman came to the desk,saying she had been changing sheets. When we finally got to our room, the TV didn't work and we had to change rooms. This was not a good start.

You must be short on help as we had to call for certain things and in one case, the request was not addressed. The stone floors in the shower bathroom are oily and slippery with bare feet ( possible injury ), even in the shower. The staff are excellent! The food was great! Service outstanding! Oh, also, the heating unit in the double bed room must be stuck on air conditioning as I could not warm the room up in the middle of the night. We would come here again. lovely setting. great ambiance! Thank you.
