We travel from Grand Haven, MI to see our five grandkids who live in Hamilton, Ontario. This is our favorite hotel b/c of the large rooms, the amazing breakfast (and staff Nelle) and the well kept pool. The rooms are always clean, the staff are always helpful, friendly and so importantly they are kind.

Did not stay at the hotel, accidentally booked the wrong night and called immediately to have the reservation date changed and they would not change the date nor give a refund as they said it was not their problem and the booking was already booked! Will never book again with them as they are not helpful or understanding!

Our gorgeous new hotel is designed with thoughtful features to satisfy every traveler's need, 108 spacious guest rooms, and suites. Our guests will enjoy the sumptuous Hampton complimentary hot breakfast, lightning-fast internet, indoor pool, and fitness center. Travelers can also relax fireside in our licensed lobby lounge or spend time playing a variety of sports on our multi-sports simulator with visually stunning graphics. The property also includes 1200 sq of state-of-the-art plug-and-play meeting space with large windows for natural light! We are located within minutes of the QEW between Toronto and Niagara Falls, restaurants and Burlington Waterfront.
