Wasn't aware that I couldn't go into the hotel and get a room. I was sent out to book it on my phone. Did that, but was automatically enrolled in a room protection plan that I didn't want or need since it was a one night stay and I was at the hotel. There wasn't a way to terminate that and I was told by staff that it wouldn't apply since I was already there. Well it did and I was charged for it. Also the amount with tax etc was posted and the bill was almost $40 more. Room was minimalistic and that's normally what I like about these hotels, but it really showed where it was dirty and the flooring that was in the bed area was loose, found that out when I tripped over it. Random clock on the night stand wasn't even set to the time (details matter) Not one place to hang a towel or put clean clothes to change into after a bath, unless you count the floor (dirty) or the toilet (not) and clean across the room. Needless to say I don't feel it was a good use of my funds.
