I was lied to and over charged when I book on line I looked up My Place Carson City Nevada then man told me he was with the hotel and made two booking one for each nite. At $150 with military discount. When I got there both were for over $200 each contacted the web site all ready was booked in on the one nite was refunded $42.00 and told the second nite was cancelled and my request for the second nite was being looked in to. They tryed to issues a voucher for $101.59 contacted them again was told I would have my $ In two to 10 days I've gotten several e mails saying it's being looked in but still waiting for my refund please advise ?.

We are traveling across the country and stopped to see my son. The my Stay staff did a good job. We had to do laundry and the facility was great! The room was clean and comfortable. It was actually very quiet and we slept very well. Good staff that helped us with all our questions. Would stay here again.
