Upon arrival, manager at check in was flustered and unwelcoming. She gave us a room that was not cleaned yet, leaving myself, my husband, our daughter and our 10 year old dog waiting in the hall for our room to be ready. In the room, we were never instructed on how to use the stove top(a fully equipped kitchenette was highlighted as a perk) and could not turn it on to prepare our food after having been on the road for 6 hours. Then we were told after the fact we needed to pay extra for our dog. When leaving, we were glad to be able to get some ice for our cooler as we were setting out on the last leg of our trip(another 5+ hours) but of course the ice machine was broken. We could not get out of there fast enough!
