There is so much to say about the Azul resort. First we were here for our daughter's wedding and I have to say they crushed it. Everything went off without a hitch and it was a great time by all. The Beach/Ocean is the show stopper. You can't get a better view simply amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. Secondly the staff in all areas were pleasant and helpful. They all work a ton of hours and you will see them in multiple roles around the resort. I can't say enough about how hard they work. Third the spa was incredible Veronica gave me an amazing massage and I am quite picky and she crushed it and you could tell how much she loves her job. I also want to recognize KK at the reception area to the palms. What a great person she is always smiling and so friendly. Lastly I will say the infrastructure needs some work. Seems to be a water issues where there wouldn't be water for a little bit and things like the mini frig didn't keep things cold. I want to be honest on the “negative” items but I will tell you it didn't put a damper in my vacation at all. We are very happy with our stay and would come again for sure. Thank you Jamaica for having us.
