We chose this hotel because it was close to JFK and they have a shuttle. The shuttle in the morning took us directly to the correct terminal. We didn't have to use the train. That was a huge help! The hotel is clean and efficient. The breakfast bar in the morning was good as well.

Arrived exhausted after helping my driver find the hidden hotel! A large bright lighted name would have helped. Other than a very good bed and spacious bathroom, the accommodation was odd! no closet no seat on toilet no curtains or proper shade on window no one to help with baggage at the entrance or to elevator! One kind lady at the registration desk did her best to be helpful otherwise it was a strange experience and not one I want to repeat.
