I was on the road, driving. My wife, passenger, booked the room. Somehow the booking went through Expedia. When I got to the hotel desk I found that the Expedia booking was approximately $100 per night more than the front desk rate. They would not change it. To add insult to injury…upon checkout they refused to give me honors points. VERY disappointed in the booking process. Room was ok.
