"A 'down home' motel stay"

We are used to modern, contemperary motels, but this one went a different direction. Loved the guys at the front desk, like you always 'knew' them. The actual room was similar to a cabin of sorts. Ceiling fans, fire place, patio w/chairs and a table between, an actual closet and even a sofa. The bed was kinda out of site, not just thrown in your face like virtually all other rooms. We did not use the hot tub, but thats okay. as we don't look good naked anymore. It even had robes in the hanging in the closet! Yes, we would stay here again.
