Property Description

This is the hotel where you are guaranteed to experience Marriott high standards at a budget friendly price. We offer spacious studios with a queen size bed and a pull out sofa for two, fully equipped kitchen, separate working, living and sleeping space (fits up tp 4 people). We serve continental breakfast daily included in the price. If hot breakfast is a must for your group please let us know - we will be glad to arrange catered hot breakfast for a minimal additional fee. We also offer two bedroom suites with two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and a pull out sofa for two in the living room (fits up to 6 people). The prices quoted are for studios, but we will be glad to quote the rate for two bedroom suites in person. Hotel has outside heated pool, on-site fitness room and laundry facilities. We are a non-smoking hotel. We are conveniently located just minutes away from BuschGardens, Adventure Island, USF, MOSI, FL Fairgrounds, Ford Amphitheate, Hard Rock Casino, Lowry Park Zoo, New Tampa & wesley Chapel with plenty of shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. We are just 25 minutes away from downtown with Convention Center, St. Pete Times Forum, FL Aquarium, Performing Arts Center, ChannelSide, Ybor city with nightlife. We are located half way between the beaches and Orladndo Amuzement parks. We are looking foward to your stay with us!
