Small traditional four star hotel in downtown – across from the Le Meridien. Hotel is decorated in a traditional style. The lobby is gives you the chateau feel with a nice seating area and fireplace. Adjacent to the lobby you will find a nice elegant breakfast room. Each of the 65 rooms has a different decor – like the large king room with fireplace and flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini bar, iron and iron board and safe. The bathrooms are nice, large and offer a jetted tub. High speed Internet is available against charge. There is a 24 hour business center, small fitness center and sauna.

Nice four star boutique hotel in downtown that looks like a traditional hotel from the outside and is modern from the inside. Brazina restaurant with bar serving upscale Mediterranean cuisine is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. The hotel is planning to renovate these spaces soon. A different Canadian artist is featured in the lobby each month. Spacious rooms feature nice design furniture with flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini bar, iron and iron board and safe. The bathrooms are nice, large and offer jetted tub. High speed Internet is available at a charge. Business Center and meeting space are available. The meeting spaces are designed in a traditional design and offer natural light. The hotel is planning to renovate these spaces as well.

The SENS hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked in, we received impeccable service and got upgraded to a king suite! I would definitely stay here again.

Cleaning policies
The hotel will not provide cleaning or housekeeping services during the stay of guests. Guest rooms are left in check-out for 2-3 days before housekeeping staff goes in to clean, to ensure their safety.The staff is providing extra daily in-room amenities (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, etc.) to limit the need to make numerous daily deliveries. Housekeeping staff leaves fresh linens and additional amenities outside the guest’s door. Associates cleaning the room utilize PPE (e.g., gloves, face mask if desired, etc.) Providing several large trash bags for disposal of any trash. Guests are being informed that they should keep the trash bags in the room (not placed in hallway) until a coordinated time for pick-up is arranged. Disposable gloves are used whenever an associate comes in contact with an item the guest handledEvery two hours CLEANING & DISINFECTING frequently touched objects and surfaces in public areasCredit card machines and Key cards are disinfected after each use.
