The guy working the front desk was very rude! He told me they can just give our room away if you don't check in by a certain time even though online it says check in is any where from 2pm 6am. I was treated so rude while trying to check in that I told him to cancel my room and refund me. While there he answered a couple calls saying we are full and slamming the phone down. Then still charged me for the room and an extra fee that he couldn't explain. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I was highly disappointed the minute I walked in the door.

"Room with NO HEAT in 16 degree night."

Called front desk to get me another room as thermostat didn't work either in ROOM 138, I was told to contact the Manager in the morning at 7:00 AM that nothing could be done till. The next morning I saw the manager at 7 AM, requested a refund for a BAD nights COLD stay, 1/2 in my car with the motor running too, my next step is a Lawyer you will get to pay for and my $81 refund charged to my credit card, the room total was only to be $56+tax??? I also did not get credit for my Redi Card returns points and to earn a nights stay that is NOW due me.

The rooms were dirty (needed dusting and cleaning along the walls). There is a room condemned to be unlivable from 2018 and I killed a bed bug on our first morning there. The parking and WiFi are free and the prices are cheap, only look into if you want to risk bugs and need a budget hotel. I would not come back again.

"Dirty and stinks."

I have stayed here before and was pleased with it then. That is why I stayed here again. This time it smelled. not sure what the odor was. The bedspread has stains on it. I threw that on the floor but the sheets looked clean. They forgot two wash clothes hanging in the shower rod. The towels had been used or had leftover hair on them. I use the hand towel to dry off. There was coins and dirt on the floor. You could tell the floor hasn't been mopped.

Booked non smoking room and "only have a smoking". Bad business. Rooms were fairly clean. Behind a Hooters so everything in the area smells like grease. Probably never again.

Property Description

Hotel is newly renovated with granite counter tops in room, new bedding package, new carpeting in rooms, newly renovated bathrooms with new tubs, and newly renovated lobby. The meeting space is about 345 Square feet with rectangular tables that seats about 15 comfortably. The meeting space includes Dry Erase board, Flip charts ,Podium, TV/VCR, Small refrigerator, Microwave and a private bathroom.
