I booked on the Marriott Bonvoy website or so I thought. When I needed to check out a day early, the front desk informed me that Marriott sent my booking request to a 3rd party provider and that she couldn't refund a Portion of my prepaid credit for the day I couldn't stay. I purposely went to the Bonvoy site and used my Bonvoy member number to eliminate this very procedure. I have stayed at many Marriott properties over the years for their service, but this booking experience will not keep my allegiance unless promptly remediated!
