Property Description

ROOST Tampa is Tampa's first and only full service, fully furnished luxury lifestyle apartment hotel. Our design represents the sense of Tampa's history in a contemporary way of living. Roost Tampa has 97 units on the 2nd though 7th floors, 24-hour concierge, front desk and 7th floor amenity level. Each unit is fully furnished with King beds, fully equipped kitchens, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, Davines bath products, Sonos speaker, smart tv, and Wi-Fi. We offer weekly housekeeping services, maintenance services, self-parking onsite with charging stations and we're pet friendly. Asher residences lease unfurnished units on the 8th through 22nd floors for one year or longer. Our Amenity deck is on the 7th floor and is the largest in Water Street. It features a resort style pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, Café, indoor & outdoor fitness center with recreation lawn, entertainment lounge, club lounge, viewing lounge, co-working lounge with two private conference rooms, outdoor bar, and grills.
