Property Description
Our new luxury 2 story private home is located in the new Plantación de Sueños resort 4 miles south of the San Pedro Airport. The resort boasts 175 feet of private ocean beachfront, without a seawall, on 4.5 secluded acres just a 1/4 mile south of our current house Villa Incommunicada!
Our new flagship villa is appointed with the finest finishes, Mexican tile, granite countertops, and the finest furniture and linens available. Much like our popular Villa Incommunicada this luxury villa can be rented as a 6 bedroom, 6 bath private home or as a 5 bed, 5 bath, private home. Rented as a whole (the 5 or 6 bed version) this villa is comfortable sleeping 14 and will sleep as many as 18 on pull out sofas.
We can make the house available as a 5 bedroom 5 bath home and at your option the Luxury Owners Suite can be added to make the 6 bedroom 6 bathroom configuration.
Relax on the expansive decks of this Modern Belize British colonial style luxury home situated on 175 feet of beautiful white sand private beachfront overlooking the aqua marine hues of the Caribbean Sea. Swim in the infinity pool just steps from the ocean or lounge on the built in pool lounge chairs. WE HAVE A NEW BEACH PALAPA WITH HAMMOCKS AND CHAIRS FOR ENJOYING THAT BOOK OR YOUR FAVORITE BEVERAGE. From the roof deck you have a spectacular view of Caye Caulker. This fantastic villa is close enough to town to easily enjoy all of the restaurants and activities offered in San Pedro, but far enough away from the noise to relax and enjoy the pure tranquility of the ocean. Located 4 miles south of town, Villa Mandevilla is the our new flagship vacation rental home in the new Plantación De Sueños resort.
Enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach, a dip in the private pool, world-class bone and permit fishing right off the beach or take a swim in the caribbean ocean right off of the beach.
There is easy access to and from town either by bicycle, golf cart, or taxi.
The roof deck provides the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the Caribbean, or unwind after a hard day of play and watch the amazing sunsets over the unobstructed views of the lagoon and the Marco Gonzalas Mayan Ruin less that 1/2 mile from the house. Pull up a deck chair and watch the osprey that nest in the tree behind the house.
THE ENTIRE LUXURY VILLA can be rented (6 Bedrooms, 6 Baths, 1 large living area downstairs and a private living area in the owners suite, an inviting Game Room/Bar area on the second floor and a Kitchen that opens up to the pool area.)
The house rented with the owners suite can sleep up to 18 with 6 bedrooms, 6 baths. We will also rent the Basic house as a 5 bed, 5 bath accommodation without the Owners Suite. We have a 1-1/2' thick solid hand made chechem/zerocote dining table in the first floor grand dining area that will accommodate your entire dinner party or a large wedding party. Or have the table set on the roof and have your wedding reception on the roof. We welcome families, couples, singles, children of all ages and of course wedding parties.
The First Floor
The first floor is your introduction to this luxury villa. As you enter the house from the spectacular circular grand entryway on the road side, there are two large master suites located on either side of the large entrance. Each suite boasts its own bathroom and an additional private outdoor living area and outdoor bonus shower. All bedrooms at Villa Mandevilla are air conditioned, as well as the mainliving area and kitchen. Moving past the entrance the Villa opens up to a grand circular stair case to the right which is open to the second floor. Beyond the grand stair case a large air conditioned living area begs you to sit and relax, with views of the pool and spectacular views of the ocean. In the middle of it all, and with views of the living room, kitchen and grand staircase is the large dinning area that will accommodate all of our guests staying at the villa. The kitchen is large, well appointed and has a open-able wall that opens the entire kitchen to a private, expansive, covered veranda with picturesque views of Villa Mandevilla's private pool and the ocean. Each of the Master Suite's on this floor boast double french doors and also open to the rear deck with sunset views. Both Master Suites on this floor have a large baths with custom tile, granite counters and a large shower inside, custom built king size beds, large closets and private outdoor areas with outdoor bonus showers.
The grand circular stair case from the first floor lands near the open bar/game-room area on the second floor. Enjoy the game on the bars 52” Big Screen TV or let the kids in this large area with a pool table. Two master suites with king beds and outdoor balconies grace both sides of the open area near the game room.
