ALL hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. We will stay there again.
Accommodations were very nice and very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here for 6 days or consider staying here again. The staff was very helpful and very friendly!
Customer service was subpar. Room did not get service for all five days of visit. Had to ask front desk for a towel refresh in which the took care of. The Janitoeial staff is not very friendly at all. They came at around 9am and I asked them to come back in an hour or so so I could get dressed. They never showed back up and I was told.. if I don't get it done now that it won't get done..Not very courteous or professional at all. The body wash soap was empty. The place has a nice trendy vibe about it but the service within was not very good. The front desk doesn't greet you going or coming. I expected more from a Hilton affiliate.
