Check in staff was friendly and efficient. The driveway coming up the hill to the hotel is windy and narrow and my car was getting hit by branches sticking out. The room/bed was very comfortable but even though I turned the heat off, it kept turning on throughout the night and it was very loud which woke me up a few times. It would have been nice to have water available in my room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

We booked a room here last minute after a very bad experience next door at the Woodlands. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. She saw how distraught I was and offered me a bottle of water and made happy conversation while helping us to check in and get organized. Our five night stay was very relaxing and clean. The breakfast was decent. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was out of service. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Remodel is looking very good. Breakfast needs to be taken back to your room as the dining area remodel is not finished. The access road to the property has numerous potholes. There is only one working ice machine on.

The employees are very hospitable and the hotel is being updated. Most rooms are done. Ours was very nice. Had a king size bed. I loved that the bathroom had all Dove products in pump bottles both in the shower and on the sink. If you forgot your own shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap or lotion, no worries! Hotel is clean and comfortable. Has a great continental breakfast!

Situated at the top of Cross Creek Pointe the hotel offers spectacular views of Wilkes Barre and the surrounding region.Recent renovations include a bright fresh open lobby with new furniture as well as new carpet and wallpaper on all the floors. 43" HDTVs have been installed in all guest rooms. Welcome table with refreshments and snacks is available in the lobby. New Indoor pool and whirlpool.
