The Fairfield Inn Marriott Scranton is not far from I-81 on Viewmont Drive, near the Viewmont mall, restaurants and plenty of shopping including Loews, Best Buy, Gander Mountain (sporting goods). Hotel amenities include free WIFI, indoor pool, breakfast in the rate, business center, 24 hour coffee and the use of the fitness center and guest laundry at the Residence Inn next door. This hotel is great for the business and leisure traveler.

Comfortable, well-appointed room. enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with many selections. Convenient to all shopping and Airport. A very positive experience and customer focused. Good value for rate. Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly~go out of their way to make guests stay excellent! The cleanliness is questionable~ elevator dirty… bathroom okay~ but poop or mud on the floor under the shower curtain! Breakfast was good but the workout room had broken ellipticals! The maintenance man came up to check it out, but was not able to fix them!
