Every moment of our stay has been outstanding. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, but what makes it beyond exceptional is its staff. Each member of the Waldorf family is lovely! We were treated like royalty. I'd like to make special mention of Sheryl and Miche, the two best concierges we've ever experienced. They truly created a stay that was beyond memorable. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Chicago to stay at this establishment! Many thanks to all! Sharon and Gary.
