Breakfast 7:00-10:00 (last seating at 9:30), Lunch Buffet 11:30-14:30 (1st seating at 11:30-13:00, 2nd seating at 1:30-15:00), Dinner Buffet 17:30-21:00 (1st seating at 17:30-19:00, 2nd seating at 19:30-21:00) Concept of the Main Bar 'Essex' is "authentic modern".
