Susan’s Villa always praised Breakfast It is free of course You wake up smelling the aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the breakfast room. Of course you may have different choices of tea, fruit juice, and orange juice. Even Our guests come from all over the world. Some want no pork, others no meat at all. We are able to cater to everyone’s taste and special wishes. The choice of foodstuff is different every day. Cereals and different fruit you may find every day. You will find also eggs in many styles, real bacon, chicken/turkey *bacon*, chicken sausages, ham, hash browns, brown and white bread fresh or toasted. Waffles, pancakes, and French toast are a must AND, of course Susan’s famous German Pancakes. Although they look similar to crapes, never call them crapes. This is clearly a very old German recipe which has been stolen by Napoleon. Naturally he could not call them German Pancakes and gave them a French name: crepes.
