The Inn at Great Neck is worth a stay. Lovely hotel though dated, comfortable and appealing. The staff are polite and very helpful. I would stay there again!

Pleased with our first time staying here. This boutique hotel is nicely put together for easy access to elevators, rooms and dining areas. I have a disability so this works well. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. One issue was the roll in shower. The hand held shower head does not adequately reach the shower seat. A longer hose is recommended.

I liked the decor and the room was clean and comfortable to start out with. our room thermostat was broken, we had someone come up to investigate..and we turned off the heat. which NEVER went off.. Barely slept, got dehydrated. Long story short, asserted myself to get reimbursed for two of the three nites of my stay. The manager was very accommodating, staff was professional and helpful..Next time I'd ask to move to a different room.
