I arrived at the hotel around two PM was hungry, but the only thing available was cookies chips the grab and go food was cod which I can't eat fish so I had no other alternative. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask about breakfast and they said there is a buffet available but never mentioned anything about a menu. Also available to choose from. I purchased the buffet sat down and as I was halfway through my buffet meal, which I did not enjoy the server came over, which I didn't know there was a server and brought me a menu. Why would she give me a menu when she sees me eating off of the buffet? I was really disappointed because I didn't like the buffet and I would have ordered off of menu. Had I known there was a server available and a menu to choose from.

The staff was very friendly. We had food available at night which was great. The bar was open, the bartender was great. The room was clean. And we had transfers to the airport. Overall very good.

Location was great. Close to the Mall of America. About a 9 minute walk or couple minute drive. The area was really quiet which we loved. An extra touch that we enjoyed was the planes flying close overhead to land at the airport. Surprisingly enough, it really wasn't very noisy. We slept through them landing all night. The room was gorgeous. It was set up a bit different than a normal hotel room. The bed faced the window and it was just a neat touch. The one thing we didn't like was having to pay for breakfast buffet. It's nice when it's included.
